#44: Genre Ruminations with Actor Bill Oberst, Jr.
Hello Monster Vacationers!
In the last few years, there’s been a new name in horror who has endeared himself to horror genre fans everywhere. He has been called the modern day answer to the likes of Boris Karloff and Lon Chaney. He is also an incredibly gifted and versatile actor who has delighted audiences on stage in roles ranging from humorist Lewis Grizzard to Jesus of Nazareth.
Yes, I am talking about Bill Oberst, Jr.

When I met up with Bill at his favorite cafe in Hollywood, I was thinking of some of the questions I could ask him. Turns out I got one of the most rewarding conversations for Monster Island Resort yet. Oberst even begins to interview me at a couple of points, but that is because this is less an interview than a genuine conversation between two people. I think you all will really enjoy it!
