#69: Wolfish Excerpts from Sabine Baring-Gould’s THE BOOK OF WERE-WOLVES
Hello everyone!
I’m very happy to say that my last episode on werewolves with The Cultural Gutter’s own Carol Borden was one of my most heavily downloaded episodes to date! Big thanks to The Mysterious Order of the Skeleton Suit for putting that assignment in my charge!
Many people have written me asking about the werewolf in history or folklore, and there is a very famous book on the subject by the historian Sabine Baring-Gould called The Book of Were-Wolves. In order to slake some of your curiosity’s thirst, I’ve decided to dedicate this Storytime Edition to reading excerpts from that text. You can find the whole thing over at sacred-texts.com.
Music: Moondance by Van Morrison
